Recently I was told by my doctor that I needed to find something that made me happy and to do it 3 times a week. This has been a hard challenge for me. I have no idea what “happy” is and I can’t remember if or the last time I was happy. I have thought about this often since he asked me to do that. I think as I do things…does this make me happy, are you feeling happiness. In life there are many things that we do that come easily. One thing that comes easily to me is being willing to help another person. My goal is that as I do this I look for “happiness” in the action. It is very clear to me that as I am on my journey I will have to resist the robotic motions and identify the emotion. “Happy” I am looking for you! How do you know when you have found “happy”?
