Have you ever been irritated by someone that has lied to you? I have. The reason why it is so irritating is that they presented you with a false foundation to build on. As we go through our challenges I would propose that we make sure that if we are going to speak something, make sure that it is not a false foundation. Live with enough integrity for yourself and others that you speak the truth. Live your truth and do not apologize for it. Then defend the truth that you know. Each of us will have our own truth and that is okay. As we progress in our journey you will see that your truths will evolve as you let go of the false and build on what you know.
